A warm space for those looking to be heard, honored, and healed. A Warm Space for those looking to be Heard, honored and Healed. A warm space for those looking to be heard, honored, and healed. A Warm Space for those looking to be Heard, honored and Healed.

I’m a virtual therapist in Tulsa specializing in therapy for sexuality and sexual concerns (including kink), LGBTQIA+ folks, gender & identity exploration, ENM & polyamory, and just generally helping folks finally feel at home in their own bodies, hearts, and minds.

My style is warm and collaborative, while at the same time open and friendly. Our sessions together will range from talking about the shows you binged last week and the books you’re absolutely loving right now, to diving in deep (when you’re ready, of course) and inviting the most hidden parts of yourself to come out into the light.

Want to bring your tarot or oracle cards to session to help yourself go deeper? I’m in.

Feel more comfortable exploring different aspects of yourself using your favorite video game character as a stand-in? No problem.

Need a body double to get that email you’ve been dreading written and sent? Done!

Whatever works for you, works for me. There’s no topic too “weird” or “embarrassing” for me, and I’ll never yuck your yum.

Therapy is a place for you to explore anything and everything you need to, and to uncover what you’ve kept hidden for far too long.

Learn More About how I do Therapy

As a therapist who works with clients with multiple marginalized identities, it’s vital to me that I maintain a consistent practice of inclusivity and decolonization in my work. I see relationships as a form of resistance. When we learn to care and connect with ourselves and others, it furthers our ability to contribute to collective change.Plus, you deserve to know where I stand.

Because authentic connection is at the core of our collective healing and liberation, I want to make sure each client I have the honor of working with is heard and honored in a space that recognizes their individuality, and acknowledges the ways that capitalism, supremacy culture, and discrimination impact their lives.

In my practice, I operate from a stance of:
  • Anti-racism
  • Anti-ableism
  • Harm reduction
  • Decolonization
  • Anti-Carceral
  • LGBTQIA2S+ liberation
  • Neurodivergent-affirming practices
  • Body acceptance and fat liberation
  • Promotion of mutual aid and community services
.

My Values

I love a fun fact, here are some about me!

  • I pride myself on the idea that who I am in therapy is who I am outside of therapy—that is, if you ran into me on the street you wouldn’t be surprised by who you met.
  • As a late diagnosed ADHDer and chronic illness girlie, I've got some good strategies for managing life, but I'm still figuring it out.
  • 2025 marks 10 years living my authentic lesbian life!
  • I’m a huge TV junkie and will want to know all about your favorite games, musicians, movies, books—whatever is making you happy right now, I wanna know!
(take a peek

at some media that brings me queer joy)

  •  I consider myself to be in active recovery from people pleasing
  • I have a dog named Poppy and I absolutely freaking love her! She signed all the necessary HIPPA paperwork so she'll most likely be joining us during sessions, too.
  • I've never met a pastry I don't like, specifically an almond croissant.
  • I will most definitely accidentally curse during sessions
  • I've been in therapy for a decade! I love it, and think I'll always be in therapy. I love getting a deeper understanding of myself no matter what stage of life I'm in. Right now, I'm in my "what does it mean?" era.
  • I always take my coffee iced regardless of the weather outside
